None of them know meme though. That was a translator mistake, or i should say the translator are being lazy. Ginro said tsukkomi, tsukkomi are a part of stand up comedy routine (tsukkomi-boke) which are the straight man that correcting the joke of the boke (the one who makes the jokes). There is no exact word that exist in English language for it, but instead of explaining it, the translator are being lazy and translate it into meme, which doesn't even close to what it supposed to be.
A good translator would put tsukkomi word itself in the translation and put an explaination about it top, like how a good translator explained a Japanese term normally in the old anime. The translator are just being lazy in here.
